Hi!! My name is Nichole, and I am so happy you found yourself here!
Sharing my heART with you is a passion-based mission of mine to share a message of healing, courage of the soul, and transformation. YOU ARE A GIFT IN THIS WORLD.
You are safe. You are enough. You are worthy. You are beautiful!
I find this little ‘ole soul of mine based in Cincinnati, OH – where I enjoy doing art for my own healing process, writing poetry, hiking, roller-blading, loving on my sweet dog Leo, and continually learning how to be okay with who I am and how I feel.
My life journey has been one of facing many challenges, internal and external. I have the habitual reaction of self-blaming, forgetting my inherent worth, and abandoning myself. I have spent 15 + years of my life numbing the intense feelings by self-medicating the pain, to find myself on a path of recovery for mental illness and addiction. When I am free from harmful behaviors, my thoughts can tell me things that are not true, and I can get lost in the inner world of pain and anxiety. This constant struggle to remember the Truth of who I am is what fuels my creative expression. Art is exponentially healing for me.
We all are in pain. We all struggle. We all forget the truth.
The art I share with you is meant to share the path of self-love, transformation, healing, recovery, mental health, self-care, courage, faith, compassion – all the things I am learning myself, as I deeply integrate the knowing that “I am safe”. My life has taught me that having trust in a Power Greater than myself is where I can find the strength to continue. Miracles work in my life when I surrender, turn to that Presence within, and focus on loving myself whole-heartedly. I am eternally blessed by the gifts of self-nurturance. There is a space in the heart that never leaves you, even in your darkest nights.
I want this for you too. I want you to love yourself. I want to you feel safe.
